Only a month to go!

A warm welcome to anyone who's just booked a table at the event. I'll be sending out announcements and infomration about the book fair in the run up to the big day itself so that everything goes as smoothly as it can.

BOOK LAUNCH APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
The response to the invitation to launch your book at the second stage was brilliant. We've now got more than enough, so the applications are now closed. We'll announce the list of who will be speaking very soon - thanks and good luck!

BOOK YOUR GIANT VIDEO SCREEN AD

We'll be showing an ad roll again on a loop on the two GIANT screens in the grand halls and around the building. Show off your book cover or video to everyone.
Booking for the screens is now open (booking closes 14-Nov)
See instructions and last year's ad roll at the link below.
The ad roll will also be shown on our website's home page all the way through until the summer fair - so this is GREAT value for money.

DON’T FORGET TO FILL IN YOUR PROFILE

There are still a lot of exhibitors who have not yet filled in their profiles. Go take a look at the EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY page to see what the other folk have put together - there's some great photos there.
If you don't, then all the visitors will see is a lonely looking "also exhibiting" line at the bottom of the page. There's no extra charge, don't miss out!

In the next newsletter, I'll be sharing some tips on exhibiting.
You can read a history of exhibitor newsletters by clicking links on the left side of the Exhibitor Centre so you won't miss important announcements. (Useful if you've just booked!)
Watch out for posts on social media - be sure to like, share, tag fiends and comment on them as that encourages the platform to show it to more people… more people who will come along and buy your books!

Oh… and ignore that crazy spam that's going around offering lists of the attendees for the November event. Clearly it's a scam because the event hasn't even HAPPENED YET! How can they have a list of attendees from the future? We don't even collect that information anyhow.
