How to Pay for pre-booked VIP tables.
If you are on the VIP list, then you will receive an email from the website with an order that has been placed for you for your table.
If you don’t have an exhibitor account, one will have been created for you and you will have received an email saying that has been done. Be sure to log in using the email that you received the notification on – your account is linked to this email. See the exhibitor instructions on how to log in or change your password if you don’t have it.
When you receive an order email from the website, there are TWO ways to pay:
1. Click on the “Pay for this order” link in the order email. Log in and follow on-screen instructions.
2. Log into your exhibitor account (be sure to use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS as you received the order email on), click on For Exhibitors >> My Profile>> Orders You’ll see an entry for the current order with “Pending Payment” next to it if you’ve not paid yet. Click on PAY and then follow on-screen instructions.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are not fully paid for in order to give others an oportunity, so please try to complete the payment as soon as you are able.
Payment is accepted by credit / debit card or PayPal ONLY. See other help pages for assistance on making yor payment.
