A reminder that New Inn Hall Street is in the zero emissions zone and if you want to bring a car in to unload it will cost you £10. Unload 70 yards away in George  Street  or come with a wheelie suitcase on the 300 Park & Ride which stops outside the Old Fire Station only 200 yards away. Parking in Worcester Place is expensive. The most affordable parking is at the West Gate Centre.

Andy, Ray, James and I can only get access to set up the tables at 8.15am  so we will appreciate it,if exhibitors please don’t arrive before 9.15. We would like an official opening where we can have a photo taken of all the exhibitors together in the church at 10.45am.

We will have a welcome table. Haldi Sheahan, Karen French and two Oxford Brookes students have volunteered to staff it. They, like us, are volunteers. We hope to gather contact details of visitors for future use.

James will be on Radio Oxford on Sunday, Andy FFrench has promised a piece in the Oxford Mail. It will be in Daily Information and the University Church is circulating it in their newsletter. Andy will plug it to Oxford Brookes publishing students when he lectures there on Monday and will be running a Facebook advertising campaign from Monday all through the week. Sylvia has promoted it in on lots of Oxfordshire FB groups and we have put up 40 posters but the rest is over to YOU!

We are honoured to have Michael Smith and James Attlee so please promote them. We aren’t paying them.

Wesley Mem won’t allow us to serve drinks to the general public but you can make yourselves teas and coffees in the front kitchen. Sylvia will bring some paper cups as well as tea and coffee but you may like to bring your own mug.
