You'll hopefully have been contacted by Sylvia to invite you to be on the VERY exclusive VIP booking list for the November Oxford Indie Book Fair.
I've pre-allocated tables for everyone on the list in advance of the opening of exhibitor pass sales on Friday.
You DO NOT need to book your pass as this has now been set up for you, and your table reserved, but you DO need to pay to complete the order.
If you'd like to see your table allocation then visit the "Exhibitor Directory" page on the website.

 You will shortly receive an email from the booking system with your order details. This will contain a link for you to pay for the table. If you don't see the order email by the end of 25-Sept then try looking in your spam  folder.

If you have exhibited before, then you should use the same login as you used previously. If you have NOT, then I have set up an exhibitor account on the system for you. Use the "Lost your password?" link when you click to pay to set up your password for the first time or can't remember it.

 When you're done, go ahead and fill in or update your exhibitor profile. All the instructions you need for this, logging in, passwords and details for exhibiting can be found in the "For Exhibitors" section on the website.

If you don't wish to take up the offer of pre-booking then let me know as soon as you can so that the table can be freed up for those waiting to book.
