Congratulations on booking a stand at The Oxford Indie Book Fair on November 23rd.
If you haven’t filled in your exhibitor profile for the directory, it's simple, but if you're unsure go to the website for instructions. Look under the FOR EXHIBITORS dropdown. Don't forget to email in a properly formatted profile picture to this email address (instructions and formatting guide also on the website).

BOOK LAUNCHES

This year we have TWO performance areas. In the North Hall we’ve planned 20 seats plus standing room for a children’s workshop and 10x 10-minute book launches. These will NOT have amplification as this is our 'quiet hall'. It will be down to you to promote your launch to attract an audience, but you will appear on the programme on the day and on the website's What's On page.
We can't fit everyone in, so if you would like to take advantage of the opportunity please reply to this email with a short elevator pitch to help us select the speakers.

SCAM WARNING

BEWARE of an email circulating from "dataproviders/Jessica" asking if you're interested in the visitors email list - it's a SCAM! Do NOT interact with them. We do not hold visitor information and we do not share ANY personal information with ANY third parties.
We have not been hacked. I know this because I've also received the same email to addresses not even on the exhibitor list. The software on our website is checked and kept up to date at LEAST once every month, monitored daily and is as secure as can reasonably be. No personal data is copied or shared outside this secure environment according to proper GDPR procedures. Thanks to those who have brought this to my attention and if you have any concerns then please do contact me.
