Hellooo exhibitors!!

Firstly, congratulations on bagging one of the pitches for our summer book fair.
As always, the exhibitor passes were in HOT demand and both batches sold out in MINUTES as usual.

A big shout out to those of you who have already completed your profile information and sent in your profile photo for the website. If you go to the EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY then you'll find your profile card up on the website along with all your social media and links for all to see. That will still be up there until we begin booking for the November event, so if you've not already done this then it's a good time to take advantage of some extra online publicity for your work.

If you need a little help then go to the FOR EXHIBITORS area for information on how to fill in your profile. You can email your profile photo to this email address. Send as a JPEG attachment (don't embed in the message), and keep the size to about 1000 pixels wide.

You should also study that page for all the latest informaton about setup, the venue etc. More details will be added soon.

SOCIAL

The first set of social media graphics including an A5 flyer PDF are available to download from the EXHIBITOR CENTRE. Feel free to grab those and start making some noise about the event on your social media channels.
It's ABSOLUTELY in your best interests to start this RIGHT NOW and keep the pedal to the metal all the way up to the big day. The more that everyone does to help spread the word, the more visitors will come and BUY YOUR BOOKS.
We'll be running some advertisements but we also need YOUR HELP to make this a success.
Tag the book fair on your posts (we're on twitter, see the Exhibitor Centre for the tag) and use the hashtag for a properly co-ordinated effort.
There will be more graphics coming online over the following weeks for you to use. Why not make up some of your own?
