Time to send your listing for the Book Fair

Thanks for booking a table at the November 2022 Oxford Indie Book Fair.

Shortly, we'll begin listing all the exhibitors on our website so that visitors can see who's going to be there. This is also your opportunity to let people know a little about you.

Can you please send a SHORT profile and relevant information using the form below.

ORDER NUMBER:

(You'll find this on your reciept from the website. It helps is to absolutely positively match your profile up with the floor plan later)

EXHIBITOR NAME:

(How you'd like to be listed in the floor plan: Can be your pen name, company etc.)

GENRE/BUSINESS:

(Eg: Independent author, Publisher, Crime Fiction Author)

SHORT PROFILE:

(Just a couple of lines. Keep is SHORT and SNAPPY, people WILL NOT read long profiles and will skip past yours if it's too long)

PHOTO: Include a SINGLE photo if you like. This can be a cover image, author photo, logo. At least 600px wide, good quality, cropped. The photo will be about 1/5 page width on PC screen. If you try to put too much in the photo or too many words it will be unreadable.

WEB LINK:

(Include a web link if you wish)

We reserve the right to edit or refuse submissions for any reason. Please do NOT include email addresses in your profile as it attracts spam.

Listings may be shown in the order they are received, so it's good to get yours in early. But DO take a moment to carefully prepare your content.

Send your profile info to info@oxfordindiebookfair.co.uk

Use the subject header: "Exhibitor Info" so that it can be identified easily.

You can keep up to date with information on the Book Fair at the page dedicated to exhibitor information on our website. We'll be starting to update that very soon and it should answer most questions you might have about the day.
