Tonight's the night!

Here's the booking link for tonight!
And a warm welcome to anyone who has just joined the mailing list.

The first half of the tables will be released for sale at 23:59, tonight Friday 26-September 2025.
Use the link below to access the booking page and choose your table - it won’t work until booking opens.
This is the ONLY method for booking a table, please don't email to request a table or send money.

The final batch will be on sale NEXT FRIDAY at 19:00 and you'll get a reminder like this in the morning.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

It's VERY easy; the on-screen prompts have been improved since last year but here's some answers to questions that people always ask…

The North Hall should be less noisy and is better for doing business, while the South Hall has the stage activities.
There are full instructions on the booking page (the video shows the OLD system but it still works the same way).
Click on a table you want to book, WAIT for the system to check it's still free and then follow the on-screen instructions to pay for it.
Please bear in mind that a lot of people will be trying to book at the same time, so please be patient.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SELECT A TABLE AT ALL THEN IT IS LIKELY THEY ARE ALL SOLD OUT
The table WILL NOT be reserved until payment is complete. If you do not complete the payment shortly after adding it to your shopping cart it may be released for someone else to book.

Although the booking system works on a mobile phone, you may find the little table icons fiddly, so I would recommend using a PC or laptop. There is a new, experimental grey helper pop-up for mobile devices which lets you type in a table number, but (for now) you need to type the label EXACTLY ie N05 - Capital N or S, followed by a TWO digit number.

SET UP YOUR PROFILE

Once you have completed your booking, log in and set up or update your exhibitor profile. This will be shown to all who visit the book fair and is an excellent way to introduce yourself to visitors. You'll find help with this in the "For Exhibitors" section.
If you are exhibiting for the first time, then an exhibitor account will be automatically set up for you when you pay. Goto the login page and use the "Lost Your Password?" link to set up your password for the first time. If you don't get the password reset link email then check you have entered the correct email address and look in your spam folders. (There are reports of difficulty with this on iPhones).

All the information you'll need about the day will appear on the Exhibitor Centre page. If you have any questions or problems, it's likely you'll find the answer straight away in there or under the "For Exhibitors" drop-down. Please read this and check back from time to time as we update things.
